What is a quality workflow? How do we develop it? Below are elements of the production cycle that most creative people move through as they create something. First, we must identify the stages of project production. What is each stage and what are the quality checks for each stage. Read on and find out!
I think quality can be measured at each stage by how close it is to what it is intended to be at that point. If you’re at the filming process and you don’t have a script, or the script is not at where it is supposed to do the project is currently not something of quality. If any step of the process isn’t finished with the project at where it’s supposed to be then the entire project will suffer in quality.
